Order Confirmation Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment. Crystela reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. Shipping & Delivery Orders are usually dispatched from Crystela within 24 hours. Approximate delivery time: Within Kerala: 3–5 working days; Within India: 5–10 working days. International shipping delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier services. Delivery delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. International Shipping Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country. No Return & No Exchange We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once sold. Please review product details carefully before placing your order. Damaged Product Policy A full clear unboxing/opening video is mandatory. The video must begin before opening the package and continue without cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions. The shipping label and damaged product must be clearly visible in the video. Damage issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without proper video proof will not be eligible for refund consideration. Lost or Undelivered Packages If a package is lost in transit or remains undelivered, Crystela will verify the issue with the courier partner. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated after receiving confirmation from the courier office. Refund processing may take up to 7 working days after verification. Cancellation Policy Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. No cancellation or refund is possible after the order has been shipped. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, shipping address, contact number, and email address. Crystela will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
