Welcome to Crystela. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order. No Return & No Exchange We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once the order is confirmed and delivered. Damaged Product Claims If you receive a damaged product, you must follow the below conditions to claim a refund: • A clear full unboxing/opening video is mandatory. • The video must start before opening the package and should clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the damaged item. • The video should be continuous without any cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions. • Damage complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. • Claims without a proper uninterrupted opening video will not be eligible for refund consideration. Lost or Undelivered Packages If a package is lost in transit or marked undelivered: • We will first verify and collect complete details from the courier service. • After confirmation from the courier office, the refund process will be initiated. • Refunds for lost shipments may take up to 7 working days after verification. Cancellation Policy • Once an order is placed and payment is completed, cancellation is not allowed. • Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment under any circumstances. • No refund will be provided for cancelled requests after payment or dispatch.
